The Tenderloin steak a.k.a. the Filet, is the most tender, lean and juicy cut with a fine texture. This steak is one of our best sellers. Wrap this in bacon and give those bacon wrapped sirloins a run for their money! Great for grilling, broiling and pan frying.

Setting D Ranch LLC is a third-generation ranch offering Ranch Raised Pork and Beef. The cattle and pigs are raised on our ranch in Litchfield, Nebraska. They are grain finished and are processed at a USDA Inspected facility where they are dry aged for a minimum of 14 days.
