Chuck Steak comes from the forequarter (Beef Chuck). This steak is best marinated prior to grilling. Great for braising and slow cooking to achieve the best, tenderness and full flavor. Chuck Steak is a very underestimated cut!

Setting D Ranch LLC is a third-generation ranch offering Ranch Raised Pork and Beef. The cattle and pigs are raised on our ranch in Litchfield, Nebraska. They are grain finished and are processed at a USDA Inspected facility where they are dry aged for a minimum of 14 days.
