Brisket is a cut of meat from the breast or lower chest of beef. The cut is known to be relatively tough as it is full of connective tissues and two muscles that overlap. However, when cooked properly beef brisket will be deliciously tender, and flavor packed.

Setting D Ranch LLC is a third-generation ranch offering Ranch Raised Pork and Beef. The cattle and pigs are raised on our ranch in Litchfield, Nebraska. They are grain finished and are processed at a USDA Inspected facility where they are dry aged for a minimum of 14 days.
