Beef Tongue | SDR

Beef Tongue is a rich source of protein and vitamins, not to mention a great source of iron.  It can be boiled, pickled, roasted or braised in sauce.

• Average package weight is 2.5-3.5 lbs.
• Sold frozen
• USDA Inspected
• Vacuum sealed and wrapped in butcher paper and occasionally only vacuum sealed

Setting D Ranch LLC is a third-generation ranch offering Ranch Raised Pork and Beef. The cattle and pigs are raised on our ranch in Litchfield, Nebraska. They are grain finished and are processed at a USDA Inspected facility where they are dry aged for a minimum of 14 days.
