Beef Soup Bones | SDR
Beef Soup Bones are what is leftover from the butchering process. Most soup bones do not have much meat left on them but are great for soups and meat broth! Our soup bones are more of a shank bone cut therefore giving the customer a little more meat for their soup and broth making. They are also great for making Beef Osso Bucco!

Setting D Ranch LLC is a third-generation ranch offering Ranch Raised Pork and Beef. The cattle and pigs are raised on our ranch in Litchfield, Nebraska. They are grain finished and are processed at a USDA Inspected facility where they are dry aged for a minimum of 14 days.
